1 or 2 scoops of Beast Pharm Whey Complex with water or milk depending on your protein goals with your Pre-workout, Post-workout meal for optimum muscle building potential.
The protein per serving is comparatively low. However, this is an amazing product if you are well into your growth phase or overall protein intake is taken care of. This has an Amazing taste and texture and goes down easily with 150ml of slim milk. Definitely something I look forward to having alongside my breakfast.

Best flavoured Vanilla (for me). Chocolate too was very good.

Felt very light on the gut.
So as someone who has tried all the available flavors of Beast Pharma whey, I will say that it's hands down the best in terms of taste & mixability. The strawberry cheesecake flavour is my favourite and literally tastes like having the real thing. Tastes amazing with water, low calorie and the xanthan gum in it makes it a bit more filling too.
Mixability and flavour are spot on. No gastric issue was noted after consumption. Made my younger brother try it and he legit asked me if this was Vanilla milkshake. He liked it so much that he went and had a scoop of this thing. Thank you so much for bringing these products at such affordable prices. 💯✅
