Order processing time

All orders made before 12:00PM IST are processed on the same day and orders placed post 12:00PM IST are processed the next working day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery

Free shipping on every order over ₹6,000. A flat ₹120 applies on orders below that. Standard delivery typically lands within 3-7 business days across India, depending on your location.

Need it faster? Message us before you order and we will tell you what is possible for your pincode. Please note that this will be an additional cost and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

03 · Tracking

Confirmation & tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

04 · Destinations

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

05 · Delays

Shipping delays

Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues. Your 1st contact point is the shipping company for live updates on your order.

06 · Claims

Lost or damaged shipments

If you believe your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact our customer service team within 72hrs from delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

We kindly request that you record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery:

• The video must show the package being opened for the first time with the CBS seal/tape intact.
• It should clearly capture the contents of the box.

Without this video we may not be able to process a claim for a damaged or incorrect delivery.
