Who am I?
My name is Justin (http://www.instagram.com/justinthoomkuzhy). I started my journey into fitness and bodybuilding because I didn’t like what I have turned my body into with excessive drinking, smoking and eating unhealthily. I lacked self-confidence and motivation in general to pursue anything challenging. I decided to join a gym to get healthy and change my lifestyle. The most important decision I took which led me till where I am now is hiring a trainer to teach me how to lift. My goal was to get better no matter the time it took. Because I knew what I most wanted was to stay consistent. Seeing the changes in my body after a few months made me stay on course. I didn’t do any crazy diet protocols or weight loss strategies. Just healthy eating with whole foods and worked my butt off in the gym. The rest of my journey is on my Instagram.
